Policies/Procedures

Minimum age required for rental is 25 years or older.

During the summer there is a 3-5 night minimum stay depending on the house.

CHECK IN time is 4 PM. CHECK OUT time is 11 AM for most homes. Check out time will be included in the home information.

A reservation deposit of 50% of total rental fee (including tax and/or any additional fees) is required within seven days of making a reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, personal checks (if sent 45 days prior to arrival).

Cancellation Policy – Payments will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook the accommodations. A $75 re-booking fee will apply.

HRVR receipt of your payment will certify your agreement that each member of your party will comply with all policies contained in the Rental Agreement sent with your booking confirmation.

A one-time cleaning fee, ranging from $40- $210, based upon the size & location of the home, will be charged in addition to the rental fee.

AMENITIES: All homes provide linens, towels, pots & pans, kitchen tools & eating utensils. Homes are stocked with an initial supply of hand & dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towel & TP. Please bring your beach towels for pool or beach use. Most homes have blenders, dish or cable TV, DVD players, WIFI and BBQ’s. For details on particular homes, please ask!

PETS: Many of our homes do allow a well-behaved pet to accompany you for an additional charge of $120/per pet, per week ($20 per night). All pets must be authorized on the contract before being allowed on the premises. Bring pet bedding & bowls, keep pets off furniture and beds. NEVER leave unattended pets in the home. Cleaning up pet poop or risk losing security deposit.

Please be courteous & considerate of neighbors.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & VEHICLES allowed varies by house and are strictly enforced (see details under each house listing).

NO MOTORHOMES/ NO CAMPING at the rental properties.

NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS to be held at the premises. Violation will cause security deposit to be forfeited and possible eviction.

VIOLATION of any federal state or local law, company policy or house rule is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

LOST & FOUND ITEMS will be held for 30 days only & are subject to a $20 retrieval and handling fee, in addition to packing & shipping costs. We cannot guarantee timely returns on items left behind.

There is a $25 charge for lost keys. Please return keys to lock box upon your departure.

SMOKING: There is absolutely no smoking allowed in any of our homes. If the cleaner detects any evidence of smoking you will be charged an additional fee to deodorize the home.

ROOM TAX of 9% is required for homes located in Hood River City and County in addition to the rental fee.
